In the interest of NOT avoiding controversy , stimulating debate and causing general unrest among those who visit here I have decided to add a new section to my already stimulating blog ...this new section of the blog will be devoted to the topic of Atheism vs Faith or as my grandmother was fond of saying believen and unbelieven ...this task I take up willing because...well...because...that's just the kind of guy I am :)
Recently a friend of mind who shall remain nameless to protect his reputation began a debate with an avowed and not so shy atheist...( who from now on will be addressed as Miss Atheist ) nothing new right ?..happens every day..right ? How many of us wouldn't want to change places with him ? ( who from this point forward shall be addressed as Mr Believer )...but then it occurred to me ...How many of us know what we really believe and more importantly why we believe it ? How would we do if we were asked to defend what we believe in a debate ? In the interest of answering this question I have decided to include the substance of this debate held over the internet on my blog. Now I must warn you this is not for the faint of heart...the easily distracted...or those of you under the mental age of 13. I have asked him to provide some background and commentary for clarification which will follow shortly.
So, who is right? Is it the Atheist who might deny any scientific evidence pointing towards creation or an intelligent design? Or is it the believer, who possibly may be trapped under dogmatic beliefs? Dear reader, I'll let you decide for yourself.
