Who is God to Me?

This is a difficult question to ask. Who is God? Oh yea, I remember. Didn't I run into him the other day playing slots at the casino with a beer in his hand. He asked me for some change and I said, "Beat it sucker!" Oophs! I guess I just threw away salavation! Hey, for all I know he might have been God.

Only a few years ago I looked at God at an old bearded man sitting on a throne passing judgement. However, Christian teaching also mentions God as being omnipresent (present everywhere). I believe our churches have done such a disservice to their congregations by portraying or overemphasing God as being judgmental. Sadly, I believe their point is to keep people in fear, and to keep attendence regular with the money flowing.

I believe we all must face judgment after death. We don't go to a big crowded area full of people and watch God on his throne saying, "Okay, all the good people take the door on the right, and the bad ones to the left!" Our judgment will be a life review. We will be our own judge on how we lived this life. There can no harder judge than ourselves. Depending on our spiritual level then we will go to that appropriate dimension--not being trapped there, but being able to grow spiritually and to move up when we are ready. There's more to it than this, but I need to keep this as brief as possible.

Now I have learned to see God in a different light. Instead of an old bearded man, I see God as the Universal Life Force or Energy that sustains life throughout the universes. If you think about it, we all are from God the creator. We began with God and God's life force runs through us. We are here on Earth to grow spiritually and someday I believe to have a reunion with God. So, if we are all from God, then how can we ever be separated from God? My friend, it is impossible. That blows the hell out of Hell. Well, if the idea that hell does not exist leaked out, then the churches would be empty.

Well, I suppose we can feel separated from God. Our belief systems (could be race or religion, fear or whatever we believe) can keep us imprisioned in this five-sense reality of Earth. Let me use a metaphor to attempt to get my point across. Look at a droplett of water. You could say this droplett is isolated from the ocean. The droplett represents a person controlled by fear, and feeling isolated from humanity and God. Now drop the droplett of water into the ocean and it becomes one with the ocean. The same applies to us. Once we realize the oneness of humanity, we enter a higher spiritual level becoming one with God or Infinite Awareness.

Quantum physics is changing the way we view the world and consciousness. Quantum physics has looked at atoms on the subatomic level and has discovered it to be energy and to be transforming from matter into energy and back and forth. That makes us energy. We are all energy and are all connected. According to quantum physics the world we live in is all but an illusion. Everything is our world is made up of frequencies. Our brain decodes these hologram frequencies and creates our solid world. So, when we leave this world, we simply go to another frequency and exist. This paragraph probably could have been explained by someone with more knowledge. I'm still growing and learning.

Once I dropped the religion and accepted the oneness of humanity, my body began to open up and on some occasions to feel this Universal Energy flow through me. Now, I wasn't seeking an experience and neither should you. An experience doesn't confirm your salvation. You are already saved. Once you drop the fear and old belief systems, you spiritually (in a sense) leave this five-sense reality system box and open up spiritually to Infinite Awareness.

So, does God exist? I believe even Science and especially Quantum Physics has come to the conclusion that there is a universal life force and we are all made up of energy and connected.

I believe that universal life force to be God.

Now, I see many Christians who feel the need to preach to people. However, the conversation seems to always be one-sided with them talking and not listening. They are trapped in their belief system. If it doesn't fit, their brain doesn't hear it or see it.

Hopefully, this blog doesn't sound like I'm preaching. The only thing I would like to see is for people to question their religion and to be able to get answers. I would like to see fear being stopped as a means of controlling people. Also, I would like to see people step outside of their belief system and begin thinking for themselves.

Once you accept Oneness, everything begins to change, trust me. It's the first step on a long journey. Fear, especially fear of death will disappear. No more will you have discouragement of falling short of living a perfect christian lifestyle or forfeiting your salvation. Lastly, you will have a higher appreciation of all living things.

Cheers

Paul
